Sep 27, 2007 Updated: Oct 1, 2007My first German Pilsner, this beer holds a special place in my heart. I always drank this straight from the bottle, but I remember refreshing carbonation, great hops and some good pine (come on, it has pine cones on the bottle)

Sep 16, 2007 Pale yellow, clean white foam. Fresh herbal aroma, dill and mint, the sort of thing that would make a fine soap. Refreshing herbal hop-forward, simple clean malt, a bit of lingering dill. A nice full-flavored pils.
