Still one of the best classic German Pils I know. Predominantly hoppy in flavour with a nice dry finish. Perfectly crafted for I think it’s better than tons of other Pils out there.

Very pleasing hop aromas and taste. This beer stands out against other basic pilseners IMO and is very satisfying and refreshing. yngwie (5089), Kristiansand, Norway
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 30, 2009 Bottle. A clear, slighlty pale golden beer topped by a finger-thick white head. Fruity nose indicating clever use of the noble hops, some pale malts in the background. The flavor is a bit on the grainy side, but with a nice hoppyness. Good bitterness in the finish. Medium body, rather sweetish. A nice and refreshing pilsner, maybe a bit on the sweet side. 090829 azlondon (671), Fribourg, Switzerland

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 15, 2009 Clear golden pour with a foamy white head that sticks elegantly to the sides of the glass. Not getting a whole lot from the aroma. Hay, grass, herbal hops. Tastes great though. Starts herbal/piney, quite bitter. This fades into a buttery malt finish with a little bit of lingering citrus hoppiness. Excellent mouthfeel, full, creamy, but broken up by some nice, sharp carbonation. Very tasty pils. | 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Nov 7, 2009 Aroma: weak, slightly acidic hop aroma. Somewhat greasy, cocoabutter?
Flavour: weak, fruity, watery. Ridiculous. Tastes like slightly hoppy mineral water w/ corn malt.
Palate: fizzy. Slightly acidic. Naah... thin.
Appearance: light yellow w/ pale near white foam that disspiates.
