33cl bottle from some beer store in Gräfelfing. Pours a clear yellow colored body with a finger-width, foamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is lightly sweetened pils malts with a light grass, a few fruity hints, and some grain. Flavor is similar. Lightly sweetened, somewhat grainy pils malts with a grassy, somewhat metallic bitterness throughout. Some fruity notes before this finishes dry and moderately bitter. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a light body and a softer, moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pils. Fairly easy drinking and no DMS thankfully. Not bad.

330 ml bottle, bought in Germany. Poured into a pilsner glass at home. ABV 5.1% Pale golden yellow colour on the body, with a white, two fingers tall head on top. Soapy, with good retention and no lacing left on the glass as it collapses. Average activity in the glass. Smell of malts but nicely balanced with the hops aroma. Taste of malts and stale bread, mildly sweet, turns to slighty bitter on the aftertaste, with short finish. Thin body, light carbonation, but on good levels. Overall, not bad thirst quencher.

A nice pilsener from the Black Forest of Germany. Nice hoppy aroma and clear, pale color. This is a refreshing one...very clean and crisp with good bitter hoppiness. One of my favorites from Germany. I’ve had it in bars and, oddly enough, I like it bottled.

Golden in colour with a nice white medium fading head. Noses of basement aromas, alochol and a bit skunky. Reminds a bit of some of the belgium equivalents. Light bitter and medium sweeit with some carbonation. Bit of a creamy/light oily texture, full body and rather lively, Medium-long finish.

33cl bottle from Edeka. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is of malt with slight lemon notes, very clean. Slight sweetness up front, with quite a bit of hop bitterness toward the end for a Pils. Clean, hoppy finish.

Simply one of the very best of its style. Extremely pleasant carbonation, masterfully hopped, a lesson in how to brew lager.
