Great, nearly perfect Pilsner! Very nice color, balanced aroma and a taste that always calls for more!

Crystal clear, straw to gold color. Small head that leaves only a few minute spots on the glass. The aroma is of fresh gristed grain. The flavor is the same with just a touch of sweetness. The body is thin with a high level of carbonation.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with white head. Nose has slight skunk, peppery hops. Taste has a nice nuttiness to it, herbs, bitter hops. This us the best pils! Finish lingers a bit.

reggiedunlop (3404) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 9, 2015
Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has really mild grassiness and a good bit of straw...slight malty sweetness. Flavor follows suit...not overly sweet which is nice. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is dry and grassy/bitter with a bit of a corny sweet note poking through.

hawthorne00 (2702) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAR 6, 2015
As Rothaus Pils. Very pale, yellowish with a white head that laces OK. Aroma of bread, some honey, herbs, grass, a little lemon. Plain but nice bready malt, decent herbal and floral notes, fairly bitter finish. Clean and snappy. A bit out of date and picked up as a region tick, this is a nice surprise. Has it kept well or is it really good fresh?

33 cl. bottle in Frankfurt am Main. Always find it hard to search for a tasty, not too watery beer in Germany. But this Rothaus Pils is one of my favourites. Clear taste, really fine palate. Great hops, nice mouth.

gopherfan99 (774) - CROATIA - MAR 1, 2015
Bottle; pours clear pale gold with a white head; aroma is malty with some hops; taste is bittersweet with hops and malt; bitter finish; meh, fairly straight forward Pils, nothing too exciting

A clear beer with decent carbonation, very little head. A very good beer with a decent wheat smell.

Piwo słomkowożółte, wodniste, piana nietrwała, obfita, średnio-pęcherzykowa. Aromat chmielowy, trawiasty. W smaku jest kartonowe. Wysycenie średnio-wysokie, dość przyjemne. Gorycz jest.
