2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of sweet malt and corn. Tastes of corn, sweet malt, light floral notes, a bit of a skunky note. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Only got through about 2 oz before calling it quits, not a fan.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Crystal clear, straw to gold color. Small head that leaves only a few minute spots on the glass.
The aroma is of fresh gristed grain. The flavor is the same with just a touch of sweetness. The body is thin with a high level of carbonation.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330 ml bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with white head. Nose has slight skunk, peppery hops. Taste has a nice nuttiness to it, herbs, bitter hops. This us the best pils! Finish lingers a bit.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has really mild grassiness and a good bit of straw...slight malty sweetness. Flavor follows suit...not overly sweet which is nice. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is dry and grassy/bitter with a bit of a corny sweet note poking through.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
As Rothaus Pils. Very pale, yellowish with a white head that laces OK. Aroma of bread, some honey, herbs, grass, a little lemon. Plain but nice bready malt, decent herbal and floral notes, fairly bitter finish. Clean and snappy. A bit out of date and picked up as a region tick, this is a nice surprise. Has it kept well or is it really good fresh?

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
33 cl. bottle in Frankfurt am Main. Always find it hard to search for a tasty, not too watery beer in Germany. But this Rothaus Pils is one of my favourites. Clear taste, really fine palate. Great hops, nice mouth.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle; pours clear pale gold with a white head; aroma is malty with some hops; taste is bittersweet with hops and malt; bitter finish; meh, fairly straight forward Pils, nothing too exciting
