Poured into steamed pils glass a pure clear gold with dense white head that lasted the whole time. Plenty of thick lace and carbonation. Aroma was noted from a few feet away, hay, grass with a bit of lemon and malt. Taste slightly bitter but simular to aroma’s. I picked up a very slightly outputting acid tinge to it but not enough to dislike it. Late in the finish there was a very slight metallic note.

Bottle. Clear light golden liquid with medium to big white head. Aroma of bread, grain, sweet malt, floral hops, earth and light hay. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of bread, fruit, noble hops, sweet grain and light earth. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Very authentic and classic pils. Thoroughly enjoyable, a bit fruitier than expected. Good stuff!

12oz bottle pours clear straw yellow gold with small finger of head. Nose is grassy grain, corn spice, apple, hay. Palate is crisp and on point, light body, earthy cracker grain, corn, slight grassy citrus. Finishes with medium dialed in bitterness, biscuity dryness lingers with some grass, grain, cornbread. Great.

Aroma: herbs, flowers, honey, malty. Appearance: clear golden color and thin white head. Taste: medium herbal bitterness, thin malty backbone, some strange acid notes, quite dry. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Quite ok, nice herbal bitterness, easy drinking.

Bottle from Julio’s. Clear pale gold with lasting head and a some lace. Very crackery malty aroma with grassy noble hops. Nice light crackery malty sweetness with grassy bitter finish that is smoother than biting brisk. Lingering grassy hay bitterness. Light body soft and smooth. Classic German pils. Very good.
