Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat, bananas, and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, bananas, dusty hops, and a bit of cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful, deep orangey, hazy golden with a tall, frothy head and a heavy carbonation. Fruit, estery nose. Loads of fruity flavours too, your typical banana esters atop an underlying tartness. Rather delicious. Organic. 220103

Bottle, 5.3%. Good spicy, clovey aroma, hint of tea. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is sweetish with some of the same characteristics as the aroma. Tiny hint of plasticky phenols in the finish, but no more than in many other wheat beer. Slightly low carbonation for style, but sufficient.

Densely sedimented with a thick head. The aroma is a bit footy with a fairly high phenol content. Spritzy, slightly creamy character with fairly strong yeastiness. These parts don’t really come together as a whole.
