Cask at the Evening Star, Brighton on 5th April 2010. Copper with vanishing head. Intensely nutty - shelled peanut - followed by citric caramel aftertaste. Light texture, pleasant pint.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A dark golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and butter, leading to a dry finish.

Clear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, white nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, queasy caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100805]

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is crystal and caramel malts along with some mild fruity, earthy and nutty notes. Flavour is quite bitter wooden, caramel malty, a bit salty and grassy.
