Bottle. Golden amber, bubbly, firm head. Quite cracker-y, with a heavy saltine biscuit aspect. Just a hint of some herbal hop. For some reason, this doesn’t quite catch my interest in a crowded field of really good beers these days. 20 years ago, this would’ve been brilliant. Good, not exceptional.(#5921, 1/18/2015)

Typical IPA. Somewhat lean and slight off flavor, way better and way worse out there. Try it if it is thinly craft available. Otherwise do a Stone.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2014 22 oz from bev mo. Hazy straw color. Beautiful hop and distinct Orange aroma. Good lacy head. Regarding the flavor, not too complex. Easy drinking.

Bottle pour. Hazy golden with a medium off white head. Grass, grapefruit, and citrus aroma. Full body. Grass and light grapefruit taste, with a few hops. Very light aftertaste for an IPA, but not bad.

Foamy, oxidized, old bandaid. I could not finish even what was left after explosion. 22 oz bomber. And not cheap. I’ll stick with goto drink by from stone instead.

Darker golden colored body, medium sized off-white head, soapy lacing. Piney, floral, and a touch of grass. Light pale malts throughout. Medium to full bodied with moderate to gentle carbonation, moderate to assertive bitterness, semi-dry throughout.

Definitely a West Coast IPA! Nice hoppy nose with grapefruit and pine aromas. Light malt flavor with a lingering hop resin. Delicious!

A very average IPA overall. Pour is gold with a shimmer of orange and a foamy mass of yellowish head. The nose is bright and fresh with light floral and grassy hop notes along with citrus tartness and zesty notes. A bit grainy mid palate with light sweetness and a hint of grapefruit. The finish has a few fruity hop notes and mild resin notes of pine. A bit boring but very easy to sip.

Aroma: yeast, alcohol, heavy grain and bread. Appearance: hazy gold, medium, creamy, white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: bitters intensify, getting dry. Overall: not my cup of tea. Pint at the Hopping Pig, San Diego.
