3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
650ml bottle pours a clear bright golden color with a 2 finger white head that retains well and leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is a citrus and pine hop bitterness with a light grainy malt sweetness. Medium bodied with some decent carbonation leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate. A nicely done IPA and recommended to try.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Rough Draft (two pints) and from a few big bottles on later days. I *really* like this everyday drinkable IPA. It has that orange zest/tangerine pine resin with pretty crisp carbonation all wrapped into a medium bodied (but barely any malt) combination. Not sure about other reviewers’ opinions, but I really think this makes an excellent base IPA from them. I can’t wait until it gets to Texas someday. In the meantime, I’ll be visiting again and Rough Draft will be first on my list, and a pint of this my go-to IPA.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
just okay. very little carbonation, very little punchiness, just a ho-hum ipa that tastes more like an apa

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. Pours light golden with high carbonation and lacing. Aroma of cut grass, orange zest and shortcake. Flavor is lackluster compared to aroma, mild bitterness with a notes of orange and pine wood which fade quickly. Slightly stale cereal note hanging around the finish. Overall a strange flavor that I’m not too crazy about.

1.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Odd vanilla and hop aroma. Clear copper with a massive four-finger foam. Carbonation completely dominates the taste. All I can taste is carbonation and vanilla. Overall, Absolutely terrible. If you want to taste carbonation at its fullest, buy this.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
pours pale yellow with a decent sized white frothy head. aroma is muted and pale: mostly tangerine and light malt with a tidbit of pine resin. flavor mimics the aroma, and is just as blah. just an overall mills interpretation that doesn’t really have any punch. I don’t know if I’d even classify this as a strong pale ale. it’s a good beer, but not a good ipa.
