Bottle from Olive Tree Market: Aroma is loud with a strong delivery of green oily hops that bring out scents of pine, citrus fruit and light dashes of spice. Appeared a brassy copper color topped with a thick lather of foam head. The drink is heavy with a puckering taste of intensely bitter hops that also gives off a bit of a metallic finish.

On tap. Hazy orange-amber with a lasting covering of creamy roam. Aroma is pineapple, toffee, resin, evergreen and dank herb. Tastes of a great blend of the same. Medium body is well balanced, has low-average carbonation and is dangerously sessionable with no hint of the abv.

The good: inviting citrus-hop aroma; classic pour with a nice head and copper color; substantial mouthfeel; taste begins with good malty backbone. The "it depends on what you're looking for": bitter bomb extraordinaire, coming on soon after the first sip, and not letting go. If you want bitter, this is your beer! I find it just a bit unbalanced, tho: bitter is good, but it shouldn't be 98% of the beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours clear copper with a slight beige head. Aroma of mild roast caramel with some brown sugar, fruit and citrus. Med body or better. Flavor is pretty floral/citrus hoppy. Might be a touch of diacetyl. Mostly fruity. Hint of burnt rubber. Nope, that’s my hand. Ah well. This is a very smooth and hoppy beer. Extremely tasty.

Draft. Nice orange amber with a frothy white head. Lasting hoppy finish. Bigger medium to lighter full body. Heavy bittersweet. Like a dense mango, tangerine fruitiness. Citrus. Caramel. Some spiciness. Moderate plus bitterness. Pretty good.

Pours a amber orange with a nice off white head which fades to decent lacing. Aroma is of pine resin, citrus, some sweet malts, and some caramel malts. Taste is of pine, spruce, orange and grapefruit, a little tropical fruit, sweet malts, some caramel, and a little noticeable alcohol. Has a medium full body with a slightly creamy but also slightly watery mouthfeel and a semi dry, bitter, somewhat boozy finish. overall, a ok DIPA that might be a tad to sweet, needs more body, and needs to mask its 9% abv a little better.
