Syrupy, punchy, reckless and a little muzzled. This Rough Draft offering is spiked with hops but still feels like it’s missing a few gears. The color is a nice, bold amber and the nose is pleasant, but the beer itself tastes like it would benefit from a circle of brewers giving it some tlc.

Acobreada com pequena formacao de espuma. Amargor persistente, mas algo desagradavel, apesar de agradavel na boca no primeiro gole

Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Fluffy malts bring just a trace of creamy sweetness. Hop spice and pine. Marmalade with a suggestion of fresher orange. Finishes light and hop spicy. Decent.

Citrus and pine mostly. Not bad but also nothing special, especially given how much I like a couple of the regular and session strength hoppy beers they do.

(En fût à la brasserie): Des sucres céréaliers se joignent à des agrumes foncées et un bonne infusion de thé asséchante. C’est juteux, peu résineux et très terreux, presque sulfureux.

Bottle shared by deyholla. Pours a slightly hazy gold with white head. Aroma and taste are citrus, slight pine. Minimal malt backbone. Not overly bitter.

Bottle thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear amber gold with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of citrus with a touch of pine and a light grain backbone. Flavor has bitter and sweet citrus with a bit of bitterness and sweet grains and light fruits backing.

Bottle thanks to Sarah! Copper color with a small white head. Aroma of Orange peel, dusty leaf pile. Flavor is strongly bitter. Astringent greenery. Pepper. Sweet melon fruit leather. Fat profile. Somewhat boozy. Active carb.

With Z, a bomber, pours a dark rusty orange pour with a beige head. Nose is straight forward, citrus, pine and resin. Taste is hard resin and pine with strong bitterness. Ends on the same bitter tasting notes with a dry moderately long finish . Quaff Score 6 / 10

Bomber. Pours a hazy burnt orange with an off white head and aroma of pine and resin. Taste is bitter, hoppy with pine, resin, citrus, and fruity notes into the dry, bitter finish.

32 oz. Crowler brought home from Vegas by Brian, much thanks. Clear yellow with nice aromas of peach, citrus rind and straw.

The flavor has bitter grapefruit rind, caramel malt in the center. Resin and earthy in the finish. Actually a lot of sweetness with some astringent bitterness. No huge booze notes so that is a plus. And it is off balanced for a reason.... Yeah, it’s ok.
