3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
650 ml bottle. Pours a translucent copper color with a small white head that has fair retention. The aroma is big and bold with oranges, grapefruit and something salty. The taste is oranges, melons, grapefruit and persimmons set nicely in a bready malt base. The palate is light but effective and the carbonation is soft. Finishes long and bitter. Overall: By far and away the best beer I’ve had from these folks, but I thought that the bitterness was just a tad harsh around the edges. Paired nicely with corn chips.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottle from SBL: Bold scent of hops perhaps Nelson meeting Simcoe and few others joined as well to complete a full bodied poly-hopped IPA aroma. Liquid glistened a consistent solid shiny brass color while a soapy foam of head formed on top. The drink is well balanced with an upfront profile of hops while a supporting background of flavorful malt that really knocks pleased my craft beer quench. Palate is a biting bitter of hops but has a biscuit aftertaste but pretty good beer for the price of $5. I felt it was fair.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Rough Draft. Fruity herbal spicy citrus with a bit more malt than other offerings. Very well executed. Not my favorite hop line-up but it does what it’s supposed to do.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Rating number 9; for some reason I can’t help but think of the White Album. Pours dark golden with a lofty white cap of foam that lasts. Aroma of pine sap and a bit of grapefruit. For some reason I get a hint of metal. Well-balanced flavor of smoky malt, grapefruit, orange citrus and cut grass. Finish round out well. Slight bit of vegetable underneath. Enjoyable.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours clear light copper with a creamy beige head. Aroma is perfumey floral. Maybe a touch of melon. Med body or better. Flavor is very floral, with some burning hop. Citrus and melon. Must be other things, but it’s all rather mixed. Hop burn moderates, flavors smooth out. Light toasty malt backbone is apparent. It’s a wonderfully made ale.

Bomber from Valley Farm. Medium amber in color. Nice fruity hop nose to it, with a little sweetness. Good hop bitterness up front. A touch of earthiness, finished off by a good dose of grapefruit peel.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Rating #900n Bottle from a trade with Dave. Thanks bud! Pours a deep bronze, clear, with a big fluffy cream colored head. Strong bready malts undertone some lightly piney and very earthy dank hops. Flavor is big on the bready malts, some fruits, a bit of grassy pine on the finish. Drinks pretty easy, resinous, with medium carbonation. This is a nice sweet fruity bready IPA that is nice drinking...while on the malty side and more toward the APA category, I would happily drink this again.
