Bottled. Rating number 9; for some reason I can’t help but think of the White Album. Pours dark golden with a lofty white cap of foam that lasts. Aroma of pine sap and a bit of grapefruit. For some reason I get a hint of metal. Well-balanced flavor of smoky malt, grapefruit, orange citrus and cut grass. Finish round out well. Slight bit of vegetable underneath. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Clear burnt umber, medium beige head, lots of residual and lacing. Aroma is heavy malty, tons of caramel and bread, buttery with some pine and tropical fruit notes. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, green tea and pine, along with caramel. Medium body. Clearly not the freshest, but its hard to see how this ever rose to a 95.

Bottle. Lightly cloudy amber pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma is sweet, bright citrus zest and tropical fruit. Flavour is well balanced, stiff bitterness with a rich sweetness, nice New Zealand hops, tropical fruit and citrus with a touch of grassy and herbal notes.

Pours a very faint and light caramel color. Aroma is a light floral and citrus mix. Taste is citrusy and hops, with an easy drink ability. Light bitterness in the aftertaste.

Has a much maltier aroma than the other IPA. The flavor is really pretty tasty, not really aggressive and an excellent finish. Far less malty body than aroma.

Sampled at GABF 2015 with Andrew, Mel and Frank. Pours a hazy orange with white lace. Aroma is mango and fruity hop. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with notes of soft fruit, soap and soft gentle bitterness on the palate.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from it, not knowing it was more of a tropical inspired IPA. I was hoping for a big bite of bitter hops which the West Coast is well known for. Instead it gave off sweet tropical notes of pineapple and mango with a floral aroma of alfalfa. Very easy to drink.
