22oz bomber pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports a white head. The modest aroma offers up a thin mix of citrus, earthy herbal hops and some spicy hoppiness. The taste begins with a nice bitter citrus hop bite of grapefruit and tangerine. It then heads into some citrus hop flavor and spicy slightly onion like hops. It has a decent enough malty base creating a pleasing mouth feel. Pretty nice.

Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Grassy hops, lighter citric and pithy notes, mild/moderate bitterness, and some sweeter juicy citrus lingering through the finish. Pretty good.

Bottle. Drank after a hard days work outside in 105 degree heat. My brain is totally fried, but this beer sure hits the spot and starts the recovery process. I get mildly bitter grapefruit in both the nose and the taste. Light palate, easy finish. Decent Session ale. Me like.

Aroma is lemon grass, pineapple, straw. Fruity foresty citrusy hop forward aroma and taste, unsweet lean pale malts, clean and sessional. Its a very good example of the style.

Pours a small white frothy head atop a gold body. Nose is somewhat grassy with bitter hops. Great flavour for a lighter beer. Purchased at Metro Liquors University Heights.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Hazy amber color, dull hue, with small head. Nice aroma of resiny hops. Dry mouthfeel, expectedly weak, the malt has a bit too much cereal character (think of Non-Alcohol type of thing), strong bitterness, good hop resin presence, only light hop fruitiness, a bit astringent in the end.
It seems unfresh.

Type: 22-oz. bottle Glass: Manzanita pint glass From: Costco in Mission Valley (San Diego), Calif. Price: $3.79 Purchased: March 29, 2015 Consumed: March 31, 2015 Misc.: N/A Poured a golden, pale, clear color with two fingers of off-white, frothy head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom, reminding me of a snow globe. Below average wet spotty lacing on the sides of the glass. Average retention. (Sight - 3.88) Smelled sharp pine, grapefruit, Citra, Cascade, lime, floral, mango, tropical, caramel, light nectarine blossom and lemon zest. (Smell - 4.25) Taste wasn’t nearly as good as the nose. Maltier as well. Got caramel, Cascade, Citra, floral, pine and earthy grapefruit rind. (Taste - 3.75) Light body. Thin-to-oily texture. Lively-to-average carbonation. Abrupt finish. Crisp and refreshing. (Feel - 3.75) This was OK for a session IPA and not a bad pickup for $3.79. Thank you Costco. (Overall - 3.75) 3.86 87 B+

Draft. Serious aroma of tangerine pith. Flavors follow nose, and big, with peppery cracker malts at the finish. Some palate stickiness, esp in my cheeks, but that?s OK. Pretty super.
