Our flagship IPA is brewed to kick your taste buds in the ass and leave your palate begging for mercy. Pine, resin, and citrus aromas leap out of the glass. The extreme bitterness hits next, to give you your fix. The finish is dry, clean, and leaves you wanting more. We put a crazy amount of hops into this beer just for you, fellow hop heads. Enjoy.

Poured from a can into a snifter, great all around, really nice. Not as good as the Hoptometrist but right up there with Split Decision. I will picking up another 4 pack tomorrow for sure.

16oz can. Pours clear golden. Aroma of pine and citrus. Flavor of pine, spruce, citrus. A nicely balanced IPA that is easy drinking yet has a nice full piney flavor with an added citrus hint. I’ve had two different Roughtail beers and am very happy they are distributing to Kansas.

Can thanks to my secret santa! Pour has a golden color and a coating of white head. Aroma has mild citrus, resins, some pine, and a good malt backbone. Mouth feel is medium with good coating and plenty of carbonation. Flavor dials up the bitterness, pine, resins, citrus edges, and a clean finish.

Can at home. Pours clear golden Amber, a bit of white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is citrus, pine, floral. Faint cracker. Taste is light pine, pine resin, faint citrus, moderate bitterness. A bit of light toasted caramel malts. Pretty solid. Above average IPA.

16oz can. Clear amber color with ivory head. Light floral, dank, pine hoppy aromas with sweet marshmallow. Smooth medium body. Sweet bread malt base brew with tangy citrus, pine hoppy flavors---drying finish___good.

This is good and super easy to drink. Very piney and oily hops. Not much citrus but that's ok. Dry palate to boot. I'd happily drink this again.

16oz can pours a clear golden/orange with a small khaki head. Fruity tropical hop aroma with sweet caramel malt. Taste is mildy fruity with caramel malt, watery. Not offensive but pretty bland and boring.

16oz can shared by Ben. Filtered orange-tan. Foamy white head. Rather classic US IPA. Has a nice orange tone in the hops. Nice depth there. Toasty English malt and yeast. Easy going. Good.
