Bottle: The aroma consists of light citrus/orange, faint grain, and a hint of grass. It pours a mostly transparent golden-orange with a touch of haze from some very fine sediment. It has a one finger yellow-tinged off-white head that settles fairly quickly to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. There is some thin webbing left behind on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate citrus notes. It finishes lightly grassy with a touch of floral notes. It’s light bodied with light-moderate carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel. Overall, it’s probably not something most will get excited for, but I think it’s pretty solid and would be a good summer thirst quencher.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2013 A nice take on the style with a soft appeal but a great beer if you want to do some drinking have been told by many and I agree a delicious surprise.

Bottle. Sweet bready malt, lemon aroma. Hazy yellow with a moderate white head. Sweet grainy malt, citrus flavor with a light grassy finish. Light carbonated body, dry finish.

12oz bottle from Mike, thanks bud! Pours a clear, straw gold colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipated quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is somewhat sweet grains with some pils malts, florals, and a light grass. Flavor is thinner grains with a light pils malt sweetness, a few florals, and a light grass as this finishes fairly dry and somewhat crisp with a light bitterness before leaving a shorter aftertaste. Light body and a moderate carb. Overall, a decent Kölsch. Light sweetness, some florals, grains, and a light grass. Not bad.

golden with small head. refreshing light bodied beer with some citrus. decent for the style.

Bottle. Pours golden. Very small white head. No lacing. Aroma was sweet floral. Flavor was grainy and a little bitter. Clean and very dry. Solid, but no wow factor. I drank at closer to room temp which was a mistake. This one definitely should be drank cooler. Would try again.

A solid Kolsch a bright fresh citrus orange Aroma , poured, nicely clear and golden . Love the hint of citrus in the taste but most of all it was refreshing. I loved this beer with spicy chicken wings the pairing is highly recommend.

Wässrig süßer Antrunk, wenig hopfig. Im Mittelteil wird das Bier leider nicht stärker, die pappige Süße steht nun fast alleine im Raum, hintergründig ist die Herbe gerade noch erkennbar. Der Abgang entspricht dem Mittelteil. 5/6/7/5/8/4

Bottle. Wet leaf and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet honey malt flavor with a light hint of grass in the finish. Nice drinkable beer - a bit sweet style-wise.
