The nose is light grassiness, just a hint of lactic sourness. The flavor is fruity, grassy, lightly roasted caramel malt...with a very spritzy carbonation. Pours kind of a murky caramel body with a modest off-white head. Good lacing. The aroma is softly sweet with toffee & caramel, some orchard fruit, perhaps some clove, and a bit of brown sugar with a light herbal/grassy hoppiness balancing it out. Some wheat flavor shows up in the flavor, smoothly blended with the elements reflected in the nose. Soft and refreshing drink.
