COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian Tripel with 10% rye malt, Ardennes yeast and Saaz hops combined to give this tripel a nice balance of spice, clove and bananas, aged in a bourbon barrel for two months!

Cloudy yellow pour with a white head. Aroma of banana, spice, oak, and Brett. Great flavor with spice, banana, and a hint of sour at the end. Very nice beer!

On tap at the house of 1000, nice palce. listed as Round Guys barrel Ride Beldgy Trippel. Much more personality impact than expected for a belgdy. Good try for an american wannah be. Never gets to the personality and manner of a real but I’ll tell you, its not bad. Looks cloudy and hazy pale yellow. Very little smell. tronger than usual compared to the well inden pleasingness of a old country model. Hint of apple in there as the session continues.

Drauhght at TJ’s- Aroma of Bourbon, vanilla, oak, Belgian yeast, and a hint of citrus. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, white head that disappeared except for around the edges. Cloudy. Very slightly sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of Belgian yeast, oak, vanilla, light Bourbon, and some malt. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Bourbon, Belgian yeast, vanilla, oak finish. 8.2%ABV is completely hidden throughout,
