Straw yellow body, thin white head, minimal lacing. Light stone fruits and lemon, soft grains, benign. Light yeast presence. Medium to light bodied, gentle carbonation, clean finish.

Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of honey, toast, dirty yeast, brett, and a bit of alcohol. Taste of much the same, honey, toast, dirty yeast, leather, sulfur and some metal. Finishes dry.

On tap at brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow color with no head. Aroma of citrus, spice, and wheat. Wheat flavor with citrus, spice, and funk. Could be soured out a little more.

NikkTwist (1581) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 18, 2012
Draft at the Khyber Pass. Poured a cloudy beige with a slim foamy head. Juicy wheat flavors with a slight Brett bite. Medium body. Sour blonde wheat ale but very mild. Easy drinking. A bit funky. Not bad but seems to be missing inspiration in any direction to make it stand out.

PhillyCraft (3166) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 13, 2012
On tap at Grey Lodge. Pours a murky straw gold color with zero head or lacing to note, Aromas/taste of brett, lemons, funk, fresh spices, and some apples. Not bad. I liked this one better then the #2. Light sourness, the brett and lacto were minimal.
