Bottled (thanks laiti!). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and a bit earthy with bready malts. Flavour is rather big bitter hops (European style!) with some sweet malts, grains and quite bready notes. A beautifully balanced beer with a big hoppy bite.

Bottled at Cosmic Comic Café, Turku. Cloudy golden, rich firm head. Floral nose with yeasty undertones. Dry with clean, spritzy mouthfeel and light-medium body. Plenty of floral hops. Some yeast, metal and resin in the finish. Flavourful but disharmonious.

Bottled 330ml BB 07/2013 @Beer Hunters
Slightly hazy orange color, small white head. Citrus and wort in the nose. Light to medium bodied. A bit sweetish fruity, sugary grassy German hoppyness. Nice hop bite in the finish. Has quite a typical brewpub pils feeling, but not too bad for their first beer.

330ml bottle (Villi Waino, Helsinki)
Non-clear pale orange, huge, rocky, even, tight persistent head. Soft sweetish aroma, some flower, some blossom, quite perfumey. Like a floral perfumed soap, but without the soap. Dry bitter hops come over later, spicy and almost peppery Great use of noble hops in the aroma whilst not being "big". Fruity retronasals, I swear I get pineapple without the sugar and grapefruit. Quite a simople taste. Fuck that lert’s talk about the finish - wow - what a finish! Hops coat ecey millimeter of my mouth, and give it a lovely tingly workout. Jy salivary glands are like hollywood fire hydrants during a car chase! Love that tingle. The attenuation is superb, so dry. Crisp, and attention-grabbing - you know you’re drinking a ood beer when you’re drinking this. Back to tha taste, yes, behing the amazing hops, there’s a nice caramelly malt sweetness. Back to the aroma, I even get a bit of ginger later. The whole thing comes together brilliantly, even if no particular component (by RB breakdown) is wowing. However, as it warms, the aroma comes alive a bit more. One of the best pilsners I have ever had.

3fourths (8382) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Bottle-conditioned 33cl at Villi Wäinö in Helsinki.
best by July 2013. Unfiltered, lightly hazy to cloudy semi dark gold with a white head. Phenolic and floral lemons and peppercorn aroma shifting to more lemon pith, calcium, spring water, Effervescent, bitter, dry body, spicy / peppery German hop flavor. Expressive carbonation and yeast helping this well-hopped German-style pilsner blossom.

330 ml bottle. Villi Wäinö, Helsinki, Finland. Cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Grainy malt, some sweetness, mild floral hops and soap in the aroma. The flavour is nicely hopped. Grainy malt, grassy hops and moderate bitterness. Tasty. Good one from a real craft brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at Villi Waino. Head is mostly lasting. Body is hazy dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (cookie, toasted grain), moderately hoppy (apricot, grass), with notes of pineapple, papaya, gum, pepper. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately to heavily bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, lightly alcoholic. A tropical fruit explosion, but with plenty of malt to back it up. Tastes stronger than it is, but man what a flavor bomb. Really lovely.
