COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aroma caratteristico ed indimenticabile, generosa e gustosa. Sapore incomparabile, lascia trapelare una tenue eppure rinfrescante sfumatura amarognola ed un retrogusto che invoglia a ripetere l’esperienza.

Well, not bad. Aroma is malty sweet and hoppy nut. Palate is soft and refresh enough. Taste is like littlebit sweet APA with begian yeast flavors. After taste is a bit bitter with belgian yeast.

Bottle@Home. Candy aroma. Amber, beige head, good lace. Caramel, light malty, light bitter, cookies. Sticky mouth feel. Hmmm...

Ober (2812) - Bommelerwaard, NETHERLANDS - OCT 22, 2011
Bottle @ DRBM. A clear amber colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of some fruits, with notes of caramel. The taste of a little fruits, watery. The aftertaste a very little, only some sweet.

Martinus (3179) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - OCT 21, 2011
Reddish brown colour, cream head. Aroma of caramel, candy sugar, some canned peas. Sweet flavour, slight malt, some madeira. One dimensional and frankly not well made.

Borresteijn (5005) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 16, 2011
75cl Bottle at DRBM. Clear amber colour, off white head. Aroma of candy, pear drops, caramel, green bananas. Flavour is sweet, candy. Nothing more. Thin, bad, no attempt whatsoever to brew something interesting.

erickok (3888) - Tours (and Paris), FRANCE - OCT 16, 2011
Almost clear, light brown. Sweet candy, wheat, some peach. Very boring. Sugary makes this drinkable but I don’t like it at all. (DRbM 2011)

Bottle at UDRBM. Deep golden to amber pour. Aroma of sugary malts, some spices. Flavor is quite sweet, candy, caramel and very boring.

fiulijn (15378) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 14, 2011
Bottle, 5% ABV
Amber color, creamy head. The aroma is reasonable, with caramel and gently roasted malts. But the flavor, with plenty of cabbage and vegetables, is far from being interesting.

rauchbierlover (617) - Berlin, Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 5, 2011
on tap @ Pourquoi Brasserie (Rome). Clear red body with a creamy white head. Hints of caramel malts. medium sweetness, leaves a metallic aftertaste on your tongue, which is the key feature that lets you love or hate this beer. Easy to drink.

Buon buon davvero, dal colore bellissimo, l’aroma intenso e il sapore dolce con finale luppolato!
