The first in the series of Royal beers from Ceres. An ok beer. Has a pale golden color and a quickly disappearing head. A taste of hops and honey

Can 500 ml. Not much of taste to be honest. Doesn’t repel, but does not please either. Wouldn’t call it a premium lager.

Solid pislner, some dyacetil, a little herbal hops, grassy notes at the finish. Not so bad at all, but neither a god one.

The aroma is full of hops and alcohol. There is also a note of caramel and butter. The color is typical pilsner and reminiscent of apple juice. The taste is full of hops and butter. A decent beer.

Uma Pilsner refrescante e saborosa. Porém, sem muito a destacar. Espuma pouco persistente e baixa carbonatação. Boa para um dia quente.

Golden, white head. Sweet honey malt, grains. Some very low bitterness. Light to medium bodied and boring.

33cl can, 5.4% ABV. Pours pale yellow with a medium, frothy, off-white head that lasts through the tasting and leaves quite some lacing. Distinct aroma of corn. The taste is extremely sweet with only a hint of astringent bitterness. Very sweet finish like liquid pop corn.

tfredvik (1355) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 1, 2015
Crystal clear, medium golden body with an off-white, long-lived head that reduces to a fully lasting layer that laces the glass well. Malty, grainy, sweet and quite strong aroma of pale malts with faint sweet fruits in the back. Rather strong flavour of grain, pale malts, sugar, alcohol(!) and sweet fruits. Moderate sweet taste with hardly any bitterness to back it up, and this leads to a quite cloying drinking experience. Mid-bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Too sweet, not bitter enough and lacks the crispiness that a pale lager should have to save it from utter boringness.
[33 cl can as DAD Exxxport, enjoyed 4 months before BB date, courtesy of my little brother]

Kulhuse 23/10 2014. 33 cl can brought by my Father in law. Pours clear yellow with white head which disappears almost instantly. Aroma is rather sweetly and malty. Medium carbonation. Very sweet taste with notes of alcohol. Only a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a favorite.
