Sweet malty aroma. It pours red with an off white head. This beer was light and metallic in taste. It was also bitter and malty. Overall it was not that good.

Dec 29, 2007 A decent red, biscuits and a little roasted malt. Pours pretty dark. Perhaps a little watered down, as the other reviewer next to me noticed.

Dec 6, 2007 GABF. Amber red color. Some roastiness on the aromas. Not much hops in the aroma or the flavor. Seemed a bit watered down. Not super exciting.

Oct 14, 2007 Dark brown pour, thick tan head, great lace. Light aroma almsot peat w/ smoke. avg pal. Nice smooth caramel, light smoke, dry oaks, really dry finish.

Oct 11, 2007 On tap @ the brew pub: Pours a red color with a tan head. Aroma, caramel malts and earthy notes. Flavor, caramel, toffee, earthy hops, and spices. Pretty decent.
