COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - Spring.
Classic IPA style beer. This is a dry refreshing beer with malty notes and a crisp hoppy finish. Whole Kentish hops are used in abundance to give this beer a genuine ‘heritage’ feel, doffing a cap to IPAs of the past.

Cask - The Market Porter, London. Poured a clear, ruddy amber with a medium sized lasting beige head. Big English hop profile. Touches of strawberry, peach & passion fruit. Grapefruit, peach, tangerine with a pithy dry bitterness. Crisp, decent balancing sweet maltiness presides beneath all hop characters. Chewy medium body with a lingering hop bite. Good, full use of EKGs, despite at times coming through as a touch raw.

Cask at the Bree Louise. Pours auburn with a light head. Some dark sugar, ripe fruits and toast in the aroma. Has a sweetish flavor with more toast and a little toffee. Light in body with fine carbonation. Odd finish, slightly tart, maybe? Bit of herbal bitterness, leafy, with some mild toffee. Average at best.
