2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
330 ml can, thanks to yngwie. "Brewed and canned by Albani, Ceres and Faxe". ABV is 5.6%. Deep golden to amber colour, large and lingering head. Moderate nutty and grainy aroma. The flavour is sugary sweet with notes of alcohol, molasses and some caramel. Bittersweetish finish. Dry aftertaste. Not really what I want for Christmas.

Bottle. Fine, mostly lasting white head. Pale and clear copper colored body. Sweet, light nutty and light cheesy malt aroma. No hops detected. Sugary and grainy taste. Still no hops. Cloying mothfeel. Light to medium body. Sugar in the finish. Far too sweet.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
[Sampled in 2003.] I find this slighty better than the blue x-mas beer, but only for a sip or three.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33 cL bottle. Pours clear light brown to orange and with a dense one finger thick white head. Sweet malt aroma with a mild corn note. Flavour is smooth and sweet. Ends mellow with more of the same smooth flavour, medium sweet and with almost no bitterness. Not much flavour, but very pleasant Christmas session beer.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Dark golden with a moderate head. The aroma is rather neutral, but it has weak notes of malt and a touch of hops. The flavour is initially cloyingly sweet, but I get used to it, and it becomes acceptable. it has light notes of caramel and a short, lightly bitter finish. Never again....

Smager som classic, bare en anelse mere sød og krydret.
Duft ikke noget specielt
