2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can. Amber like colour with a clear and flat look. Initial appearance of head was average creamy like white coloured, which mostly diminishes. Left some good lacing on the glass. Aroma was a light spice, citrus, flowers with some yeasty notes in there as well. Mouth feel the malt comes into play with light notes of toasted, caramel, bread, toffee and grain. Flavour is light to medium sweet. Light-medium bodied. Carbonation was soft. Light sweet like finish. There are not much Christmas feel over this one.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Amber-coloured beer, with a rough, but stable head.
More distinct aroma than expected, but it is mainly with maize and sweetness from malts, and therefore dissapointing anyway. The flavor is quite sweet, but has also a lot of maize, which makes is seem a little chemical. Rather monotonous sweet flavor with subdued hops. Not bad, but boring.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle (10/12), courtesy of Papsoe (thanks!), shared with ozujsko.
Looked a bit old, but it’s probably from the 05/06 winter. Says it’s brewed by Albani, Ceres and Faxe. Interesting. It poured a medium sized white head sitting on a nice, amber body (they coloured the beer with caramel). Lively carbonation. The nose is odd and a bit repugnant (not too much); wine turning to vinegar, malt and honey can be felt... The taste is quite light, honey can be felt (not french style..), but that’s probably the glucose syrup, there are some lemony hops, and cardboardis present. It’s cute (I seem to be using this word far too much these days :)), not terrible, but far from impressive.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Golden colour with a okay head. Malty aroma. Sweet main taste, corn-like & caramel with a fleeting raw metallic-bitter impression. Turns dull-sweet in the finish.
