bgburdman9 (708), Columbus, Ohio, USA Dec 29, 2007 Aroma had a light citrus hoppines and a mild maltiness. Flavor was a little hoppy but not overaly flavorful. Not a bad IPA by any means but it would not stand out in a line up.
The_Epeeist (892), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 17, 2008 22 oz bottle. Hazed olive orange with a fluffy white head. Nose is mild orange and pine. Crisp medium light with just enough carb. Taste is orange and lemon pith with a touch of honey. Bready finish with a spicy bite. Quite enjoyable; goes down easy Foolish_Mortal (932), San Diego, California, USA Jul 13, 2008 22oz bottle. Golden red color with a small white head. Light, fruity hop aromatics, some buttery malt. Pine, some candied citrus hop flavors up front. Caramel, tinges of biscuity malt underneath. Ruddy, earthen component manifests in the finish, with a lingering vegetal presence. Mouthfeel is a light medium, somewhat dry. DenverLogan (420), Oceanside, California, USA Jul 11, 2008 Copper...small head. Aroma of hops and malt. Flavors are moderately rich of hops, citrus, malt...some bitterness but overall an easy drinking IPA. HopHeadinAZ (110), USA Jul 8, 2008 22oz Bottle: Pours a dark gold with a small off white head. The aroma is citrus driven with orange as the dominate smell. The taste is hop forward with grapefruit as the main flavor. The palate is the most interesting part of this beer for me. It lingers. This isn’t something I would expect for a standard IPA but it is the best part about this beer. This is my lowest rated IPA in recent memory. I expected more. JohnnyJ (639), Reno, Nevada, USA Jun 29, 2008 Pours a light clear copper. Grapefruit, citrus, floral bitter hops, some caramel malt, grain, and pine. Pretty standard IPA, but well made. Medium Mouthfeel.
