3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. Milky, grainy, metallic aroma with some light corn notes. Pretty typical for a macro pale lager. No real flaws, though. Transparent yellow-golden body with a small, white head. Starts crisp and creamy with some corn-like flavors to follow. Milky flavors are present towards the end with a little grassy hop kick to finish. A little doughiness also comes through. Clean, well-executed pale lager without the flaws that I am used to. Still, this is not my favorite style.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the California Brewers Festival. Something of a corona clone, but better! Poured solid bright gold with little head. Aromas of mild malt and hop. Near medium body with average carbonation. Flavor is mild biscuit with light citrus/grassy hop. Tastey on a hot day.
