COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for Union Jacks. Formerly Legacy Hoptimus Prime. Aggressively formulated with five different hop varieties, Hoptimus Prime is then dry hopped for two weeks, ensuring a MASSIVE hop flavor and aroma. Perfectly balanced with three types of malt, Hoptimus Prime is truly the pinnacle of hop flavor. This Double IPA pairs fantastically with spicy Thai food, Mexican cuisine, or a big olí bowl of chili.

Murky copper pour with an off-white head. Big aromas of citrus peel an a bit of an herbal note coming through as well. Flavor is hop forward but thereís bit of a sharp flavor in there that I canít pinpoint exactly but almost a tartness...strange. Anyways the hop flavors are nice and the abv well-hidden. Not too shabby. Thanks to Mikeq215 for the bottle!

Rating #823 - December 11, 2013 - Beer 4 of 6 in the Coop Discovery Bag for December 9%. Pours a hazy copper with a fairly frothy head. sticky lacing. Aroma is mild orange, lemon, lime, mild floral aroma.Taste is mild sweetness (citrusy, piney, floral) and a lingering bitterness - cookie dough, caramel malt character really brought out. Would have loved more pine/resin on the palate, turned out to be more of a fruit bomb for me.

Pours a copper orange with a beige head and aroma of hops and grapefruit. Taste is sweet up front, delicious tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus, grapefruit, caramel, resin and hops with a bitter sweet, fruity finish. Excellant, tasty DIPA

Bomber. Brewed in Wilkes -Barre , Pennsylvania not NY, NY as stated. Pours a dark hazy dark orange color with a small head. Nose is deep citrus, sweet with piney notes. Taste is a wonderful sweet tropic blend, rather flavor and quite easy to drink. Finishes sweetly on the palate , a dam good DIPA. Quaff Score 8 / 10

Pours a deep golden color, a little hazy, with some of the thickest head Iíve seen in a beer. I mean this head is legendary. Aroma is of malts, hops, citrus, some booze, and resin. Medium to full body. Flavor is very well balanced. I can pick up malts, hops, citrus, bread, slight grapefruit, and a little pine. Leaves a nice hop finish. This one definitely lives up to the hype. Iíve been wanting to try this one for a while and happy I finally have.

aroma is mostly floral hops with a hint of candyish malt, funk and perhaps pine..very nice looking clear amber/orange with creamy white lasting head..taste a very dry potent almost astringent bitterness is the main impression a bit of candylike flavor waaaayy in the background..strangely light bodied slightly creamy feel but again a way bitter finish..overall yes plenty of hops but not plenty of balance and as bitter as the hops are the flavor is lacking in substance..its okay but odd and its bargain priced compared to some is the best I can say about it

(bottle - 22 oz) Hazy copper pour with thin white head. Bitter and slightly citrus aroma, but mainly bitter hops and some grassy notes. Citrus hints and a light sweetness at the beginning of the flavor but quickly goes to a very dry and lingering bitter middle. Oddly bitter finish. A bit too bitter for me. And it really seemed heavier than I thought it would be.

An excellent DIPA. Pours a nice hazy orange. Really interesting sweet and sour aromas. Sweet malty flavors followed by a musty and spicy hop finish. This is a really good beer.

Bomber. Unclear orange, creamy off-white head settles and lasts. Floral citrus hop aroma. Perfumey citrus forward taste, some mild evergreen, caramel malts emerge as it warms. Average carbonation, medium bodied, moderately hopped for a DIPA, hardly massive. ABV is well hidden. Loved the name and was hoping for more. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)
