Commercial Description:
A blonde ale derived from a blend of Canadian 2 row barley wheat and Munich malt. A light but mellow malty character giving way to the aromatic flavour of cascade hops on the finish. Great with food or on its own is what makes this beer our most popular.

Bold yellow body with a small white head and lacing. Sweet mild aroma of muted fruit, pale malt and very light hint of yeast that becomes familiar as I work my way through a sampler. Quaffable sweet palate is lightly fruity with just enough bitterness to not quite balance out the sweetness. Slightly fuller than average palate. Not particularly exciting but quite quaffable. Better suited to patio weather than the blustery day I am sampling it on.

On tap at the brewpub. Pale golden colour with a frothy white head. Toasty, light caramel, and grapefruit aroma. Cereal malts with a fruity, citrus, and lightly piny bitter finish. Light bodied, crisp, and refreshing.

Sparkling gold colour. Slightly fruity (pear, peach) aroma with notes of white bread crust. Sweetish body has a pear/apple ester profile and a warming bready malt note underneath. Finishes with a slightly lemony bitter hop note. Serviceable rendition of the old brewpub standard.
