Erfreut sich immer grösserer Beliebtheit. Unser Spezial Bier – das klassisch Herbe in Richtung Pils, besonders beliebt im Offenausschank.

Hand-carried from Switzerland (thanks "N"). Touted as "The Local Beer of Interlaken." Great example of the style. Little lasting head, but nice lacing; clear yellow color. Good mouthful, with smooth, mild taste that was quite drinkable. No, you won’t find complexity here; but compared to so many other Euro Pale Lagers, this one is well done. I wish it were available in the US.

on tap in interlaken. Golden beer with a white head. Smelled like a typical lager. flavor is clean with a nice tangy finish. Of course, who cares about the beer when you are in one of the most beautiful places in the world?

bottled at junfrau train station: what an exilerating beautiful unbelievable green vivid eye popping place. the beer is definately just an additive. typical lager style beer this one a little more bitter tang at the end of the road and a good malt strong hold overall. makes you want to yodell...

Golden beer with a fluffy white head, and a malty dryly hopped aroma. The flavour is dry with a long lasting finish. Overall a reasonable lager.
