2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Garrafa, junho/2008. Trazida da Suíça e degustada no Brasil. Pilsen mediana, com um bom aroma lupulado, mas com um sabor muito fraco. Se o sabor seguisse o aroma, teríamos uma pilsen muito parecida com as alemãs.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
[on tap in Interlaken]
Malt aroma ruined by high diacetyl, popcorn butter. Slightly hazy golden straw with nice, lacy white top. Fresh hops and crips malt flavour that has a sort of citrusy finish reminiscent of a British ale (i.e., from the yeast). Massive diacetyl levels present, but good bitterness. Medium carbonation that goes well with the bitterness. Light to medium body with still some citrus in the finish.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught at Hooters Interlaken. Slightly hazy yellow. Bready and doughy aroma with some light, grassy hops. Flavor is dry and slightly bitter. Some hops in the end. Palate is light and creamy with low carbonation. Malts are a little lacking, and just not interesting overall. Reminds me of a better, cleaner version of coors.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Light yellow colored, medium sized white head. Slightly hazy appearance. Lemony and estery aroma with some hints of yeast. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is similar: lemon dominates, some fruity esters and mild hops also there. Aftertaste lasts with this mild hops. Not very interesting one.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Purchased in Switzerland, somewhere between Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen: Bright golden in the first pour; became cloudier -- and tastier -- with the sediment from the second pour. Malts were chalky, dry and cracker-like, with only a slight sweetness. Bitterness was zingy, followed by some herbs and spices. Faint yeast flavors surfaced in the background. Nothing spectacular, but not too shabby, either.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
decent unfiltered beer, but nothing remarkable. Best of the Rugen brau beers - most give me the shits. Cloudy unfiltered brew with hints of citrus fruit

on draft interlaken, switzerland at of all places...hooters. yep, you read that right there is a hooters in interlaken. and when you havent had a burger or hot wings for 5 weeks. its damn near impossible not to go. we ordered a pitcher of this for some rediculous price. i had never had this style of beer before. all in all it was just like a thin wheat beer. crisp and clean and easy to drink....good with those buffalo wings and swiss girls......

1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Blond lager, unfiltered (Zwickel). Light hop aroma; citrusy, soda-like. Watery, a bit metallic, only some malt and hop hardly perceivable in the background. Poor palate, sharply bitter and not aromatic.
