3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle from Beermoth. Pours black with beige head. Smoked sweaty gym shirt aroma, taste has a tempered smoke quality, some malty woodiness, smooth and drinkable with charred ash on the finish. For a new brewery this isn’t bad at all.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at my desk in work. Pour opaque black with a nice lasting mid tan head. Aroma is damp wood, earthy smoke, like a rained on campfire, some bitter roast. Slifght medicine phenol on the nose, but nothing unpleasant.
Palate is frothy, airy, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of bitter dark choc, bitter roast, light medicinal smoke, hint of tcp. light cream. Big flavour forward beer. The bitterness is slightly too much for me.
