Dorqui (2110) - Brescia, ITALY - JUN 15, 2013
Bottled at "Xander Beer" (Brescia). Fraught and charged orange clearly color, very hazy aspect with a creamy and foamy head of long resistance. Aged and cellar nose, notes of banana, yeast, grains. A little smooth and solid taste, much round and full of flavour mouth, fruity and little sweet final.

bartlebier (1955) - Belchum im Breisgau, GERMANY - FEB 20, 2013
50cl bottle. - pours a murky pale yellow with modest head. Shy dusty aromas of clove and yeast, taste is fruity (ripe banana, apple) and bitter caramel, dry palate (SW sweet malts), medium mouthfeel. Drinkable and thirstquenching, but nothing remarkable. "DLG prämiert 2012 Goldener Preis" - will these guys give anyone a gold award who doesn’t mess with traditional recipes?

Murky brown colour, disappearing head. Aroma has some ashy banana and hints of toffee. Flavour has ripe banana and toffee. Somewhat sticky palate with stinging CO2. Drinkable.

A cloudy yellow amber beer with good head. Aroma is properly malted, good body and fruity notes such as clove, not too creamy but a well done hefeweizen.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Test vom 8.6.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche

pivnizub (9004) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 8, 2010
Bottle: Pale golden to golden, cloudy, medium-sized stable white head; bananas, cloves and delicate citrus fruits in the nose, wheat and malt underneath; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy, but all in all soft; slightly lingering sweetish wheaty finish, a light acidity included, followed by a hardly detectable tartness. Decent Weizen....
