Our flagship beer is 5.5% alc. Deep amber in color, and slightly cloudy, this beer is remarkably smooth. We "dry-hop" this ale in the conditioning tank meaning fresh hops are added after fermentation to steep and add a subtle fruity nose. The yeast for this beer was custom created and cultured for us by a lab in Oregon, insuring a one-of-a-kind experience found in no other micro.

Hazy amber pour with a 1 finger, creamy to soapy beige head. Aroma is weird, like Hawaiian Punch and apple juice sweetened with Crystal malts. Flavor is toast, lots of berry and apple fruitiness, intact citrus fruit, spicy and acidic hops, a little caramel, floury wheat and a light nutty note. Light to medium body with a slightly astringent feel and medium carbonation. Decent.

Not so big on the Fruity hint- more wheat taste than I am interested in. Cloudy look reinforces the feel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, pours amber with a white head, sweet caramel and malt flavor, has a little spice to it, light bitter finish, okay

Pours a slightly cloudy amber with a thin tan head. Nose is hoppy. Nice and creamy on the palate. This beer is a well balanced blend of malt and wheat grains with a slightly hoppy finish that is not bitter. Pairs well with Rueben sandwiches.

Fruity citrus aroma with some malty caramel sweetness. Bitter throughout, with a pleasant medium body. Very good but a tad too bitter a finish for my preferences.

Food and solid all the way around. More flavor than most of this style. Had a distinctive malt personality, with some underlying sweetness. Good session beer.

Pours copper orange with a nice head. Aroma is floral hops and caramel malt. The taste is creamy and lightly hoppy with a well balanced caramel malt backbone. Overall a good tagging amber. I’d personally classify it as a pale ale.

Bottle. Nice golden orange color. Was hoppier than expected, but it has a lot of rich, roasted caramel flavor. Aroma and taste are comparable.
