COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer is 5.5% alc. Deep amber in color, and slightly cloudy, this beer is remarkably smooth. We "dry-hop" this ale in the conditioning tank meaning fresh hops are added after fermentation to steep and add a subtle fruity nose. The yeast for this beer was custom created and cultured for us by a lab in Oregon, insuring a one-of-a-kind experience found in no other micro.

Bottle. Nice golden orange color. Was hoppier than expected, but it has a lot of rich, roasted caramel flavor. Aroma and taste are comparable.

Draft at Acadia during RBSG. From notes. Roasty caramel and a slight hint of bitter hops. Decent, but not super special.

Bottle. Amber with big white head. Aroma is earthy yeast and some citrusy hops. Taste is the same but earthiness is more prominent. Almost tastes like peas. Palate is smooth with a little carb. Unique but not wonderful. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle pour. The hops are minimal despite the dry hopping. Not a big fan of this one.

Bottle:   Deep caramel, a little dirty, moderate foamy off-white head, decent lacing.   Soft toasted malt aroma, a little fruity.   Doesn’t seem too heavy or bready.   Nice caramel like malt profile up front, with a little citrus tinge on the backside.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Clean finish, a little light but not bad.   The citrus/fruitiness makes this one stand out a bit from the rest.   Thankfully its not grainy or soily like so many others.
