Our flagship beer is 5.5% alc. Deep amber in color, and slightly cloudy, this beer is remarkably smooth. We "dry-hop" this ale in the conditioning tank meaning fresh hops are added after fermentation to steep and add a subtle fruity nose. The yeast for this beer was custom created and cultured for us by a lab in Oregon, insuring a one-of-a-kind experience found in no other micro.

Not the greates amber but not too bad either. Some caramel malts but not much for hops. Pretty basic with some grassy and grainy notes.

Bottle: Cloudy, bubbly amber with a small, off-white head. Caramel malt, lactic scent. Taste is sweet, toffee malt, a little nuttiness. Decent body....not bad.

Bottle. Lactic caramel malt and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet caramel malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Good body. Okay.

On tap at Bulldog NE with commonshawn. Pint glass. Orange with red tinge. Minor white had. Slight haze. Aroma is mild with a little hops, cereal, and sweetness. Taste has a little grainy quality at the forefront. Then a dose of hoppiness. Before giving way to a malty wave to end. Itís very average.

12oz bottle. Hazy unfiltered orange-tan. Foamy, soapy off-white head. Pretty unimpressive beer. Some biting dry bitterness, not really that enjoyable...leads into a grainy thin malt bill, woody thin amber malt tones. The one-d bitterness is the only thing it has going for it, the malt tones arenít that enjoyable. Not horrendous, not off, just not so good either.

Bottle poured a clear golden amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of bread and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light fruitiness and a hint of earthiness with a crisp finish.

pours a murky amber gold with a decent beige head. The nose is slightly floral with a little malt. Taste is sweet at first then the hoppy bitter kicks in and lingers through the finish. Reminds me more of an APA. But I like it.

On tap. Pours a clear amber with a light tan head that lasts through the beer and laces. Aroma has lots of sweet grains with a touch of grass and citrus underlying. Flavor is more of a combination of grass and earthy/sweet grains with a touch of citrus backing.
