Bottle shared by someone at Bluejacket during Travlr’s 10k celebration. Poured a dark cola, almost black color with a small tan head. Aroma was dark chocolate, booze, lots of roast - almost burnt malt. Dark chocolate, dark fruits, roast. Okay, a little boozy, and the charred notes were a bit too strong in this one.

Bottle @ Bacchus in New Paltz... Poured jet black with a thin forming head. Nice bitter-sweet molasses with dark, mocha, coffee, cocoa, and roasted/chared grains. Some sweetness along with a balancing bitterness. Not a whole lot of alcohol presence for the high abv.
