3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Growler at home, courtesy of the GotC. Thanks man! Pour is hazy orange with a fluffy white head and great lacing. Grapefruity, lightly resinous, a hint of vanilla, almost woody, orange peel, marzipan, and sweet malty aroma. Taste is weed, bitter fruit peel, bready, slightly alcoholic - but not overbearing - earthy, lightly oxidized, grassy, and orange peel with a medium bitter finish. Slick mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Pretty tasty DIPA and this stuff will get you buzzed quick.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
8 aug 2013, bottle (apparently Simone bottled it from the source but it isn't a brewery bottled beer). Yellow, clear, some bubbles. Nose is serious grassy and floral hops. Thin/med body and mildly fizzy. Resin hops and dry bitterness. Nice.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Growler from Decicco. Beautiful hazy copper orange with lasting head and lace. Juicy orange citrus woody pine aroma. Fresh fruity but subdued orange and ripe peach sweetness with very dry medium assertive citrusy lingering bitter finish. Never to sweet, full or ripe or cloying. Cleans right up. Perfect carbonation to accent the hops. Really fucking excellent.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pouring during the Hop & Harvest at Peekskill. Pours a hazed amber with a medium sized white to beige head. Big citrus, grapefruit, soft malt. Healthy amount of hops, and sticky malt. Very sticky hops, caramel and sweet citrus. Light alcohol comes through, long grapefruit. Resinous and sweet, long citrus pith. Warming and pungent.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draft at the Dutch. Two with a big lunch. Reeling. Dark amber in glass with a light film of head once settled. Super big body of malts with two distinct tones of hops simultaneously. Nose is mostly hop with some sugar wafting lower. Lightly undulating body of malt hops hops and malt slowly relaxes my torn up back. Another great NY brewery appears on the scene like magic.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap @ the brewery. Poured a bright light amber with orange hues, a small white head, and notable lacing. Huge citrus aroma, mainly orange, flows from the glass followed by floral hops, toast, and a hint of lemon zest. Taste is big on hops with a piney resinous flavor upfront, yet very well balanced by slightly sweet malt flavor and layers of citrus. Enjoyable sticky mouthfeel and palatable bitterness lingering on the palate after a nice dry finish. Great DIPA that is extraordinarily drinkable.
