Bottle from the strath. Pours golden with a thin white head. not a lot of lacing. Has a bit of a hop note on the nose. A bit thin on the tongue with a bit of pine thing. Finishes clean. I cant say this works as a hefe or a hop-forward beer.

Jaune brumeux avec une grande robe blanche. L’arôme à un peu d’agrumes, les clous de girofle et du blé. En bouche c’est rafraîchissant et facile a boire. Avec les mêmes saveurs que l’arôme.

Smells great. Hazy appearance. Drinks very easily for 6%. Fruity and not bitter at all.

The aroma of this beer is of citrus and banana. The appearance is pale golden, the liquid is clear with minimal head. The taste is medium sweet and lightly bitter. This is a medium bodied beer with a slick texture, the carbonation is lively with a long finish. Overall, this is a unique beer I think this is one of the most fascinating styles that I have tried. Great job russell!

Pours hazy medium gold with two fat fingers of rocky off-white head, good retention, moderate lacing. (4/5) Nose is clove, wheat, grassy, citrus, faint stone fruit. (7/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (7/10) Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry lingering finish. (3/5) An interesting combination of A/IPA and hefeweizen characteristics. It’s not a complete success - the savoury aspects of the clove contrast with the fruity citrus in a way that I’m not completely sold on. Not without its charms, but not a total slam dunk, either. (14/20)

Hazy golden and copper coloured body with a thinnish off-white head that fades relatively quickly. Aroma of wheat, coriander seed, pungent grassy and herbal hop smell with a good deal of alcohol as well, nice complexity. Medium-bodied; Strong assertive wheaty flavour with a good grassy and floral hoppy note and a ton of orange and citrus notes along with a great belgian and german yeast complexity. Aftertaste shows tons of coriander seed, curacao, yeast and grass with a lot of alcohol and floral qualities - nicely complex. Overall, a nice beer for the style with a lot of hops and a lot of complex yeast characteristics - great to finally sample a very nice beer here in British Columbia. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from the Crosstown Liqour Store in Vancouver, British Columbia yesterday on 07-June-2015 for CA$6,00 sampled in my hotel room here in the centre of town in Vancouver, BC on 08-June-2015.

Really nice hefe with a NW hop style profile. A beautiful pour with a thick, puffy white head and a cloudy golden yellow body. The nose is fruity, a bit spicy with clove, banana and tart lemon notes. A bit of a sweet, fruity profile in the middle with atart, lightly bitter hop on the finish. Good brew, nice balance.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2015 On tap at Irish Heather in Vancouver. A beautiful cloudy orange colour with generous white head and faintly fruity nose. Palate is orange, peachy fruity slightly sour hardly bitter. As nice a wheat ale as I?ve had. Nice. 3.8.

And again, June 08, 2015 at the Lamplighter in Vancouver. Still a very nice wheat ale. Yum! And again, July 11, 2015 at Cotto in North Burnaby. Still great stuff!

Aroma is very pale, some honey and light sweet grains but that is it. Taste is similar with fairly well balanced bitterness. Light sour notes. Appearance is a clear gold with a thin pearl head that retains fairly poorly
