Really nice hefe with a NW hop style profile. A beautiful pour with a thick, puffy white head and a cloudy golden yellow body. The nose is fruity, a bit spicy with clove, banana and tart lemon notes. A bit of a sweet, fruity profile in the middle with atart, lightly bitter hop on the finish. Good brew, nice balance.

Aroma is very pale, some honey and light sweet grains but that is it. Taste is similar with fairly well balanced bitterness. Light sour notes. Appearance is a clear gold with a thin pearl head that retains fairly poorly

On tap @ Tap & Barrel - Olympic Village. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Decent fruit aroma. Some peach, orange, and maybe tangerine. Decent bread and biscuit notes. Hints of grapefruit. Flavor has a nice mild bitterness to it. Some sweet bready malt, lots of citrus, and a bit of sweet peach and apricot. Not bad.

Visual: Pours cloudy pale orange with a smallish head, a thin layer of retention, some sticky lacing, many clusters of fast micro bubbly activity.
Nose: bursting with huge peach-apricot, white grape (lvl-9)-pungency
Attack: micro-bubbly creamy crisp
Mid-palate: (lvl-4)-sweetness, light sourness, (MAIN) yeasty, banana, peach, dry wheat malts,
Finish: cloves, fruity exhale, soft compounding bitter hops, airy-bloated finish.
Summary: A fabulous inviting fruity nose, decent body and flavours on its own. With a meal however the body fails to hold up.

Bottle, shared at the lake. Hazy lemon-yellow body, creamy white head. Surprisingly funky nose, underlying citrus peel. Pineapple fruit, citrus peel, light wheaty backbone, spicy yeast accents, bitter finish. A chimera of styles, but tasty in the end. I liked it.

650ml brown bottle. Yellow with medium clarity. Small creamy cap. Some typical hefe aroma notes like lemon and yeast, but a bit overtaken by a sharp tropical hop note.Taste has wheat, estery, yeasty, hops are a mix of grass and citrus and a bit of spice. Yeasty, dry and wheaty end with piney hop. A bit wierd, but its not bad.
