3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a fairly clear brownish amber colour with a creamy off-white head. Aroma has a lot of caramel and toffee with some toasted malt and light hop scents. Taste is not really sweet but is consistent with mild-above average bitterness. Medium body, creamy mouth feel, average carbonation. A serviceable IPA, but nothing amazing.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
(bottle) hazy amber colour with a small tan head; aroma of cider; weird flavour - almost like it was not fermented properly; could be a bad bottle, I dont think it was sealed properly

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This IPA poured a medium amber colour with a quickly dissipating, bright white head. Scents include pineapple, spruce and grassy hops, sweet malts and little cereal. First sip was smooth with a medium bitterness and lots of hop flavours. Light to medium body with quite a lingering hop flavor on the palate.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
341 mL bottle. Hazy brown with not much head, despite some foaming upon opening. Smells likea homebrew with the fermentation not quite complete. A little hop flavour and bitterness, but not enough, and too sweet. Maybe the fermentation wasn’t finished. Disappointing.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear, dark amber, almost copper colour with thin off-white head. Sweet caramel and toffee malts with floral and citrus hops. Medium bodied with light carbonation, the taste is too heavy on the malts at first, but with a sudden transition to a dry, hoppy bitterness for the finish with a brief balance in the middle. Meh.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - puts an amber hazed ale in the glass with a smallish 1 finger cap which laces modestly. Aroma is mild with some sweet graininess and light grapefruit tones. Flavour has mild WC IPA flavour on a watery body - clean, lightly hoppy but really not what I look for in an IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle 341 ml LCBO
Aroma: sap like with floral side, nice sweet malty backing. Hinted with peach. Aromatic with balanced approach.
Look: poured fine hazed amber with lighter off white top. Some rings on glass. Rather flat.
Body/Palate: medium bodied, medium lighter carbonation. Long finish.
Flavour: quiet bitter. Hop profile similar to aromas. Very clean, straight feel. Not overly complex but well brewed.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
341 mL bottle from LCBO served cold in a tulip glass. Part of the BC craft beer mixer. Clear deep amber with a decent tan head. Decent bready malts with some light caramel notes, reasonable British hopping...floral, faintly fruit, lightly earthy, definitely British. Medium body, moderate effervescence. Caramel, floral, leafy hops, light bread crust, a bit earthy, a touch nutty, British; dry with pretty good bitterness and a pleasant dark bread crust and toffee finish. Not bad for a British style IPA.
