My bottle [650ml] shared with HogTownHarry, JoeMcPhee, Radek, jercraigs & mabel. Pours a very dark brown, almost black, with a small lasting creamy light-brown head. Nice aroma of sweet roasted malt, dark fruit, a hint of smoke and licorice. Flavour of roasted malt, fruit, just a touch of smoke, licorice and lots of hops in the finish. Medium bodied. Really good stuff.

Flavour is malty, light roast, sweet malty core, mild bitterness lingers. 7++ Smooth medium bodied Palate. 3++ Pretty nice. Bottle shared by Blankboy

Courtesy of blankboy. Deep black pour with a thick tan-brown head. The aroma is very rich and leathery with a nice rich smoky/oily flavour. A rich cocoa and herbal licorice character. A little bit of pepper and a rich leathery character. Nice and chewy with a bitter-sweet cocoa flavour. Lingering chewiness and a long roasty finish. Delicious.

Bomber shared by blankboy. Thick and oily looking black pour, thick tan-light brown foamy head ... Alcohol, floral bitterness, bit of bubblegum and plums. Taste follows - more roast, less fruit, very restrained. Frothy, average body, a bit creamy - fruity in the finish. Juniper and chocolate? Sure!!

Bottle from Central City Liquors
Black color, with generous brown head, compact, but not too persistent. The aroma is mild, with roasted malts, and nice bread too, light firewood. The body is leaner than expected, with strong flavor of roasted malts, maybe a bit too dry, and with some salty liquorice; quite strong bitterness, and also strong alcohol perception.
Itís a roasty Imperial Stout, good, but nothing new original.
