COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Russian River is one of 72 participating breweries from around the country raising money with specially brewed beers for the ALS Therapy Development Institute! We are all brewing different styles of beer using the same hop blend chosen by Ken Grossman, John Mallett, and Vinnie from the 2013 harvest. Our chosen style is an IPA with Citra, Mosaic, and experimental hops HBC 291, 436, 366, and 344. Each brewery will donate $1/pint to help with research and treatment of ALS. Ales for ALS!

ristal clear, golden color, tiny white head, quite steady. Juicy, piney, bit green, grapefruity, orange peal aroma. Taste on the other hand is much more green, much more, leafy, grassy. Still awesome. Great green and bitter aftertaste. Completely dry.

On tap @ Russian River. Clear golden pour with white foam. Really good pineapple and grapefruit hop character. Kind of a grassy bitterness. A little on the tangy side, but a lot of good fruit character and zesty citrus. Slight toasted grains and bread. Perhaps a touch of tropical fruits. Nice.

Pours clearer golden yellow. Aroma brings nice light citrus hops. Flavor is balanced hops with the subtle skunky armpit notes I love on a hoppy beer.
