On tap at the RR Brewpub. A: golden amber; excellent clarity. Somewhat weak head still leaves some lacing. Aroma: mild for style -- more like an APA; fruity and floral with hints of herbs and faint spices. Some light malts evident. Flavor: some light malts and a very nice mix of hops. Excellent lingering aftertaste. Clean. FeeL; smooth; light body and light for style; good medium carbonation. O: excellent and I preferred this to the high rated Blind Pig that preceded it: a matter of perference in hop loads.

Draft at brewery. Nose is a ton of tropical hop explosion. Lots of mango. Fairly clear light yellow. Taste is a wonderful hop explosion, again, just a ton of fruit and tropics with a clean buttering that lasts through and through. A truly great IPA!

On tap @ Russian River. Crushed a point with joet before the titty club. Pours a slightly hazy golden appearance with a khaki head. Somewhat herbal, spicy hoppy, juicy grapefruity aroma. Nice mouth feel. Pretty dry and bit crackery. Citrus fruits. Moderate bitterness. Good chugger.

Draft at RR (last keg, apparently). Brilliant clarity, golden-orange color; off-white head. Earthy hops and a bit of dank citrus and passion fruit in the nose. Earthy hop bitterness hits first; lean, medium body with lively carbonation; very pleasant mouthfeel overall, with some oranges and passion fruit; soft fruitiness in the core. Nice pale ale, if a bit soft relative to their other offerings. Dry, toasty finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
