COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aud Blonde may be the lightest colored beer we have ever brewed at Russian River Brewing Company, but don't be fooled into thinking that this beer is light in flavor. It has a refined characteristic, which can be contributed to us blending pilsner malt with a unique hop called crystal. The distinctive characteristic of the crystal hop lends a citrus, almost eucalyptus quality in the aroma and mouth feel of the brew, while leaving the beer with a long dry finish.

On tap @ RR! Beautiful 10 karat pour with a tightly managed ivory foam. Ample carbonation percolating up from the bottom of the glass. Nice acidic notes, floral bouquet, light cracker/bread addition, and even some green leafy qualities. Distinctive for the style and rather enjoyed it!

On tap as part of a sampler at the brewpub. pours light golden with a creamy white head. the nose is light citrus and peach notes, very fruity, with some accompanying hay aroma. Flavor is light with hay, grass, light citrus, and a wheat-like finish that is just a tad dirty. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, easy going. Very easy drinking beer that is worth sucking down on a hot day.

Draft at the brewery. Extremely clear and light yellow in color with a white head. Light dry Belgian yeast in the nose. Dry in flavor with a mild sweetness. Extremely light in body. Not too tasty overall. Only bad one I’ve had so far from Russian river.

Draft - sour grapefruit and lemon. Pale gold with a thin white head. Light grapefruit, grass and a light bitterness. Not as sweet as expected, a great refreshing interpretation.
