Tap at the brewpub-June 2012-pours clear yellow with a small soapy white head. wow!!! big hoppy nose for such a small beer. lots of floral and citrus notes. This should be a 6pk brew-i would buy a ton of it! Flavors are exceptional for this style-big grapefruit, rind, and citrus, pale malts-very dry. WOW this is good. Very piney finsih. cant say how dry this is for such a lite beer. perfect hot weather beer here! Cant say that enough. exceptional!

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma: light cereal grains, touch of sweetness, very nice floral hop notes. Pours a light straw color, white head has good retention and leaves lots of lacing. Nice Pils malt notes, low/medium bitterness, some citrus, finish is clean and dry. Light body, medium carbonation. Excellent session brew.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
2 oz. sample draft at the brew pub in Santa Rosa, California. The pour is very light straw golden. The aroma is light honey floral, with a nicely balanced toasted malt. The taste very smooth cracker malt with a touch of grassy hop floral waking up the finish. The palate is light bodied, clean and crisp, very easy drinking. Super well balanced. This is everything the style should be, I really enjoyed this.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Russian River. Pours brilliant blonde, sparkling carbonation yields a decent white head with decent lace. Yields actually impressive lacing. Neutral nose with hints of buttery biscuit and mild diacetyl. Taste- thankfully no diacetyl but huge thick biscuit and an onslaught of grassy hops. Sugar up front gets dominated quickly by heavy carbonation and huge apparent pilsner like bitterness. Big Czech influence. Delicious. Better than Pliny the Younger when you’re hungover.
