| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 12, 2006 Hazy yellow to amber coloured with an average white head and quiet a lot of carbonation. Very fruity sweet aroma, hints of citrus and oak, even a little dry-fruity white wine touch. Very fruity spankling body. Little accidic. Finish is again fruity and somewhat sourish. But a very good beer. wetherel (1658), Encinitas, California, USA

Mild sourness. Super easy to drink. This is one of those beers I need a gallon for every day drinking. Light yellow color. Microfoam ring around the edge of the glass. Bubblegum pleasant Brett aroma. Not too dry. Very good.

Great sour geueze, lemon like aroma. Faint dusty/musty character. Flavor again has huge lemon like sourness, mouth puckering. Apple tartness and dry woody tannins through the middle. Some strange residuel sweetness near the finish. Huge carboantion works well to clean the palate and thirst for more. Very nice overall. jason (1627), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 30, 2007 #800 - Bottle, batch 001. Thanks to Kramer17801. Poured a hazy off color yellow with a nice thin head. Aroma is funk - barnyard - and a noticable nutty smell. Flavor is sweetened and the same nutty taste, slightly sour with a little funk, dry and highly carbonated. Sweet flavor on the tongue but leaving it dry...then making the tastebuds want more...Too bad I only have a 12.7 oz bottle ... TURDFERGUSON (1623), Carrboro, North Carolina, USA

Cloudy, murky golden yellow with little to no head. Strong funky nose--very remeniscent of a nice gueuze--oaky, vingar, musty horseblanket goodness. Flavor is reminiscent of a light la folie, but still very sour and unique in its own right. Loved every sip and wish I had more bottles. Yummy. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA

Poured a murky dark straw color with an even, thin off-white head. Mellow funky aroma with deep tart notes within. Nice tannic aromas present also. Intense sour taste aided by a pleasant tannic finish. A superbly executed Flemish Sour. shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA

Mellon color with thin white swirls of tiny white bubbles. Nice lacing on the glass that quickly slides off. Aroma is mid smooth sourness that is well rounded and very pleasent. The liquid tickles the tongue as it swirls around. Just a bit of sour bite. Very refreshing. Nice oaky dryness. Long pleasent finish. 6/4/7/4/17
Batch-001 PH1
Slightly darker shade of mellon than the regular. Aroma is nicely funky. Quite a bit funkier than the regular. The funk is strong and oaky but easy to take. Nothing over the top. Well done. Flavor is a match for the aroma. Sour and fruity. Delicious. 8/4/9/4/18 dchmela (1476), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 19, 2007 Courtesy Boboski. Pours a golden wheat with a bit a cloudy look. Big sour apple aroma. Sour apple taste, but not in a mouth puckering way, very smooth. Finishes clean and dry. Wonderful.
