Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 24, 2008 (Bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of WeeHeavySD. Slightly hazy pale golden with a small creamy white head. Distinct sour Brett aroma - it really hits you. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, quite fruity and then again distinct Brett with the usual notes of horse blanket and fart. Astringent sour finish. 220608 Oakes (6819), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jun 30, 2008 Golden-opaque. Extra woody, bretty nose with abundant pedio as well. Crazy bretty, woody and uber sour. This is pretty hardcore. I’ve had it twice and remain at a loss for words - it’s just pure bretty craziness. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Aug 13, 2008 Name: Beatification (002)
