Medium body, a little low in carbonation, quite fruity and then again distinct Brett with the usual notes of horse blanket and fart. Astringent sour finish. 220608

Jun 30, 2008 Golden-opaque. Extra woody, bretty nose with abundant pedio as well. Crazy bretty, woody and uber sour. This is pretty hardcore. I’ve had it twice and remain at a loss for words - it’s just pure bretty craziness.

Jul 6, 2008 RB #5300: 37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a fully diminished white head. Solid dry brett, horseblanket and wooden aroma. Dry and citric to acidic initial flavour. Light orange fruity flavour mixed with a nice wooden note. Remains refreshing fruity. Ends lingering acidic and fruity. Nice.

May 21, 2008 (375ml bottle) Small white head that nearly vanishes, atop cloudy lemon yellow body. Aroma is medium sweet, lemon, grapefruit, some Bret, champagne, white wine, wood. Taste is mild sweet, strong grapefruit/Fresca, some champagne, light wood, white wine. Fairly strong sourness. Light-medium body, moderate acidity.
