Strange that Iíve never rated this one before. Bottled on 060314 - Pours a fine white head. Body is crystal clear light orange. Pine resin very prevalent in the aroma. No doubt this is an IPA! Obvious hop character in the flavor as well. Bitterness lingers on the palate. But, itís not huge. Nice normal mouthfeel. I actually like it 100 times better than Pliny the Younger!

Soft piney and citrusy hop aromas. Orange-gold with a mostly lasting white head. Dry, almost perfectly balanced between earthy hops and honeyed malts. Light-medium bodied.

Pours a nice golden hue with a good amount of fizzy head. Some sweetness in the aroma from the malt with some good citrus and floral hop notes as well. A great balance between hops and malt in the flavor, which has the same notes as in the aroma. Finishes clean. A really great balanced IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Petaluma market. Grapefruit, tropical fruits aroma. Nice clear golden brown, bit of carbonation. Good fluffy white head. Taste is grapefruit and some citrus, bitter finish which stays alive for a bit. Tasty.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Thanks to Lothore. Clear orange golden color, decent sized white head that leaves fair lacing. Aroma is lightly malts, lovely hoppy, floral and fruity all together. Taste is about the same: lightly malts, a lovely hoppyness, a nice floral touch, good fruityness and fruit hops, a good bitterness and quite well balanced. Well, maybe itís the night which has been great so far, or the beer is just as good as the weighted average suggests it is, but I really like it!

Tasted from draft. Pours a clear gold with white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is very citrus hopping. Tons of tropical and citrus fruits with a small piney nose. Taste is incredibly smooth and well balanced. Excellent malt backbone with the fruity hop flavor. Medium bodied. Love the citrus and tropical fruit flavors with a caramel malt backbone. Incredible IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Solid beer. Shared with me by a friend. Pour was sort of orange and relatively clear. Aroma of citrus and pine and the taste follows the nose. I picked up on some other fruits in there as well. Maybe some mango and tropical fruits. Easy drinking, medium body, well-balanced bitterness and dryness.
