Sweet crystalline beginnings, foggy yeast encapsulates everything including the cedar notes of the hops. Lemon character too. PaulHegedus (464), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada

Pours golden, hazy with an aromatic, stubborn head. This thing has a wonderfully big aroma: grassy, citric with lemon, pear, spices. I taste apple, pear, pepper with a slightly bitter finish. Toronado atmosphere only adds to an already fantastic experience. BigBang (210), Indiana, USA

Slightly bitter aftertaste and pleasant mouthfeel. Not my favorite style but a nice ale. StFun (535), Indiana, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Sep 9, 2008 Very nice beer. Pours a watery pale color, with an aroma akin to apple cider. Flavor is slightly sour and bitter, texture of applejuice, with some notes of apple, bananas, straw, and clove. Slightly tart and dry, but doesn’t dry out the mouth. I wish this one was just a bit stronger. Not one I’d want to drink all of the time, but a very solid brew. Juancho (225), Clearwater Beach, Georgia, USA

Slighty sour nose with some yeast. The flavor melds hops, caramel, and a little yeast. Finishes quite sour, but clean and sharp. Tastes like a well made, standard blonde ale with a nice finish, except somehow it’s almost twice as strong. Iiiiiiinteresting.
