Commercial Description:
In the great beer producing country of Belgium, some brewers have made it a tradition to give their beers an unusual name. Sometimes the name is curious, now and then it is diabolical and other times it is just plain silly. Damnation is our brewmaster’s interpretation of a Belgian style Strong Golden Ale. It has extraordinary aromas of banana and pear with mouth filling flavors of sweet malt and earthy hops. The lingering finish is dry and slightly bitter but very, very smooth.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma is mostly funk. Tastes of candied sugar, belgian yeast, little sour fruit. Carbonation is perfect and smooth. Finishes with a creamy semi-tart taste on the tongue.

On tap at RR. Fabulous! Pours a cloudy gold with a fine white head. Plenty of malty, yeasty aroma. Sweet, spicy flavor. Yeasty finish. Superb.

750 cork cage bottle courtesy of BMartin08, Thanks, Pours a nice golden color, a little lighter than others, however this beer is great, very very surprising.... I hated belgian strongs, and i hate bananas, but this one is different, this tastes awesome.... i could drink this all the time, taste is clove and ester with a funk of yeast which complements rather than over powers as other BSA’s have... this was really enjoyable.

Highly carbonated.. pours a light goldenrod hue with a cloud-like head. Aroma is spicy but simple. Taste jumps out at you with the spice mixed with a great hop character. Very refreshing!

750ml bottle. Batch 18. Aged 15 months. Interesting mix of dusty yeast and fruity esters on the nose. Bubblegum and dry leaves with a softer malt base as well. Pours bright gold with a huge rocky white head leaving spotty lacing. Flavor starts out fairly dry but finishes rather fruity and spicy. Not a whole lot going on, but decent nonetheless. Some ripe pear, white pepper, dry cut grass. Minimal hop presence with a decent bready malt base. Medium bodied with excellent carbonation. Finishes with a lingering yeasty dryness. Thanks Andrew!

Drank it on tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy, light, golden color. Yeast lemony aroma. Very sweet of malts and a nice hoppy finish.

Pours golden with a nice white head. The aroma gives way to a nice balance of hops and malt with some citrus. Hint of apple as well. It’s dry and refreshing, but smooth and creamy as well.
